Our team has specialized in wine storage since 2016: cellar design, cooling systems, racking and wine refrigeration. We're small on purpose, so the people you talk to are the people who size your system, manage your order and stay with you after it arrives. Meet them below.
The Cellar Master
Founded on one idea: wine storage deserves specialists
Randy started out as a partner in a general contracting business and has focused on wine storage since 2016, designing wine cellars and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients. He founded Wine Cellar HQ to give collectors what big catalog retailers can't: advice from people who have actually built these rooms.
Today he leads Wine Cellar HQ and its family of brands, including WineHive, manages our manufacturer partnerships and larger projects, and personally consults on custom cellars. He holds the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.

Behind the scenes, he works directly with our manufacturers on specs, lead times and the small details that make or break an installation, and keeps you posted every step of the way. If you've called us, you've probably already met Leo.

Sarah is the teammate everyone turns to. She optimizes our product and collection pages so you can find the right information faster, runs our email marketing so news and offers reach you first, and follows up on inquiries so no question goes unanswered.
Behind the scenes, she supports every person on the team so everything moves smoothly and we are all supported.
The Innovator
Building the digital side of the cellar
Maria leads Wine Cellar HQ's digital growth: e-commerce strategy, this website and its Shopify development, search and AI visibility, marketing, brand and analytics. She turns what we learn from our customers into a clearer, more helpful store.
She also builds the AI tools and automations that let our small team serve customers like a much bigger one. If you found us through a search, a guide or an AI assistant, that's her work.
The Storyteller
Content people actually want to read
Lux has 10+ years of experience in SEO, writing and marketing, with a knack for creating content people actually want to read. She's behind many of the guides and articles in our resource library, and brings strategy, personality and a little spark to every project.
Off the clock, she's either lost in a romance novel or out exploring trails with her husband.

Emy creates all of Wine Cellar HQ's YouTube videos and Shorts, from product walkthroughs and installation guides to quick tips and cellar inspiration. She turns technical details into videos that are genuinely enjoyable to watch.
