WhispeerKOOL SC PRO 4000 ordered but Stockton shipped a Pro 2000
Sales support reacted and shipped the correct SP4000 but the pickup of the PRO 2000 still sits on my porch! FedEx claimed to pick up and never showed. AIT was given the contract for pickup and failed twice to meet their promised pickup. Next pickup is scheduled this week.
I hired a specialist for assisting installation because of the weight. When installed it wouldn’t turn on ! We discovered the control unit burned up once we turned it on. Directions were given by WhisperKOOL tech specialists to take the control unit from the SP2000 and install in the SP4000. We did and it worked.
I hope WhisperKOOL will compensate me for the extra efforts I paid for in having the Air Conditioning Company I hired to correct this problem.
