Operation:
- QV12 is a chiller and it does not have a preservation function. Internal temperature varies from +4°C to +10°C depending on ambient temperature. This model should not be used with ambient temperature below +18°C.
- Defrosting cycles are managed by an electronic board that stops the refrigeration system for 15 minutes every 3 hours of operation.
Maintenance:
