The all-new Allavino Vite Series YHWR99-2SRN Dual-Zone Wine Cellar Refrigerator can be customized to fit diverse bottle sizes in two distinct, individually controlled temperature zones.

Since there is no longer a "standard" bottle size and many collections feature bottles with different diameters, the Vite Series was designed with flexibility in mind. Due to the adjustability of its extra thick glide out shelves, you can set the shelf spacing to suit your specific collection, whether you have Bordeaux, Burgundy, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Champagne or a mixture of everything.

DUAL-ZONE DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLS:

The Allavino Vite Series YHWR99-2SRN features digital temperature display with push button controls that allow you to easily adjust the temperature in each section individually. With the upper zone adjustable between 41-54°F and the lower zone adjustable between 54-73°F, you have the ability to store both red and white wine simultaneously. With the upper zone able to reach 54°F, the entire cabinet can store red if you so desire. The lighted display is easily visible through the glass, allowing you to monitor your temperature without opening the door.

EASY ROLLING HARDWOOD SHELVES:

The 8 durable wooden shelves glide out easily on ball-bearing tracks, affording you quick access to your entire collection. The shelves are constructed of extra thick hardwood to allow them to support two rows of bottles. The innovative racking system was designed specifically to accommodate varying bottle sizes. Each rack is adjustable in 1-1/4" increments, so if you have large diameter bottles, you will still be able to store them by moving the shelves up or down as necessary.

Internal fans circulate the air inside the unit for more even cooling in each zone. This helps to prevent hot and cold spot in both the upper and lower zone, reduces initial cool down time by 50% and prevents drastic fluctuations in temperature that could be harmful to your wine collection. The air circulation creates a frost-free environment so you will not have to worry about defrosting the cabinet.

  • Important Note: To reach the maximum stated bottle capacity, the bottles must be no wider than 3", no taller than 8 1/2" at the shoulder and no taller than 11 3/4" overall. The bottom rack must also be removed to allow a second row of bottles in the bottom area, as shown to the right. The unit will fit 11 bottles on each of the 8 sliding shelves and either 6 bottles on the bottom rack or 11 bottles in the bottom area with the rack removed. Larger bottles will decrease the bottle capacity.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed in order they are received. Normal processing can take between 24 and 48 hours. Upon verification and approval of payment, you merchandise will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). While we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call us for availability if your order is especially urgent.

If for some unforeseen reason, an item is no longer available or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified immediately. Most items on this website are generally available to be shipped within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, most products will arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. 

Shipping and Handling:
Most items ship out within 1-3 business by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Large items are shipped via Motor Freight Standard curbside delivery. Most delivery times take around 3 to seven business days for delivery. If you require faster shipping, please call our Customer Service Dept. at (213) 267-2534 for expedited shipping rates. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.

Receiving Merchandise:
Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. If there is damage, call us immediately at 1-800-710-9939 before accepting delivery. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. If you want to cancel your order with us, please do so quickly, most of our products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation either over the phone and/or by email for it to be "officially canceled". Please call our Customer Service Dept. at (213) 267-2534 and speak with our representatives to advise you if your order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on orders once they have shipped.

30 Day Return Policy:
We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise. You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, you have 30 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product (including payment to ship item back to the warehouse). We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.

Damaged Shipments:
All items damaged in transit can be exchanged or refunded the full amount of the merchandise as long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals and accessories. Once a damage procedure is initiated, the shipping company will return to the delivery location to inspect and pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays. If you do not make the product available for pick up, you will be responsible to ship the product back yourself. Please call us ASAP at 1-800-710-9939 to return or report a damaged product.

Defective Products:
All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. BeverageFactory.com is not responsible for replacing products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, Allavino will, at its option, repair or replace any part of theunit, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. During this period Allavino will provide all parts and labor necessary to correct such defects free of charge, so long as the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions in the user manual. In cases where a product cannot be repaired, Allavino will provide you with a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished. In rental or commercial use, the warranty period is 90 days. All Allavino Appliances of 3.5 cubic feet capacity or less must be brought/sent to the appliance service shop for repair.

Parts - 60 Months

LIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY:

For the second through the fifth year from date of original purchase, Allavino Products will provide a replacement compressor free of charge due to a failure. You are responsible for the service labor and freight charges. In rental or commercial use, the limited compressor warranty is one year and nine months. Cost to move the appliance to the servicers' shop and back to the user's home, as may be required, are the user's responsibility.

Additional Details

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  • Content losses of food or other, due to spoilage.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.
  • Parts and labor costs for the following will not be considered as warranty:
    • Door springs, and/or frames.
    • Inner door panels, door rails and/or door supports.
    • Light bulbs and/or plastic housing.
    • Plastic cabinet liners.
    • Punctured evaporator that voids the warranty on the complete sealed system.
    • Repairs performed by unauthorized servicers.
    • Shipping and handling costs associated with the replacement of the unit.
    • Service calls that do not involve defects in material or workmanship such as customer education, door reversal, or proper installation.
    • Surcharges including, but not limited to, any after hour, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expense for service call to remote areas, including the State of Alaska.
    • Service calls that are related to external problems, such as abuse, misuse, inadequate electrical power, accidents, fire, floods, or acts of God.
    • Replacement of house fuses or resetting circuit breakers.
  • Failure of the product if it is used for other than its intended purpose.
  • This warranty does not apply outside the Continental USA.
